Early 19th century American shell end silver sugar tongs in the classic fiddle pattern. Marked with the mark of Robert & William Willson of Philadelphia, PA, active under this mark 1825-1846.
The tongs are 6 1/2 inches long and weigh 62g. They are monogrammed with what appears to be JJJ.
