This item is a piece of Westmoore Pottery, a type of slip-decorated redware made in Seagrove, North Carolina. This specific design features a hand-painted floral motif in yellow, green, and cream on a dark blue background.
Signed by David Farrell and produced in the 1990's he specializes in traditional Moravian and English pottery styles.
