The fabric on the Chairs is in good condition with minor imperfections, we recommend having the Chairs professionally-cleaned or re-upholstered. This high-quality dining set was produced by the Kaplan and Fox Company, Inc. This lovely table and the 4 chairs are in sturdy and secure condition ready for daily use, there are aging imperfections/scratches/touch ups here and there proper to their age and as part of their wear & tear, minor imperfections on the chrome, see pictures.
