Wonderful primitive 1930’s Nickel Plate Road (NKP) Coal Lines Railroad Can.
This black painted Can was used on the “New York, Chicago & St. Louis Railroad”. In 1949, The NRP became a coal hauler.
The Can is in very good vintage condition with some minor dents and scratches as a result of age and normal use. This would be a nice item to add to a Collection.
The Can was found in an Atlanta, Georgia Estate of an avid Railroad Collector.
The Can measures 12” Tall from bottom to top of the lid and 15.5” Tall from the bottom to top of the handle. The Can is 8.75” Wide x 8.75” Deep.
It weighs 48.81 ounces or 1327 grams.
