Circa Early 20th Century. They are a Classic Example of the American Industrial Revolution Era. They are Made Out of Solid Cast Iron with Solid Hard Rubber Tires. Note! the American 5 Point Star Pattern in the Castings. They are in Very Good Exactly as They Have Survived over the Years Condition - Nice Patina - Display Well. They Would Make Great Wall Decor.
