The finish is frosted and the pear and grape cluster with leaves is hand painted. There is the H-A makers mark on the bottom of each glass. It’s in one of the photographs. The hand painted fruit is very vibrant and solid as if these have never been used. These could be as old as the 1940s. Most Hazel Atlas glasses were made in the 1920-1940s, but they continued into the 1960s. They do not appear to have been use as the paint is in very good condition.
