Large decorative glazed stoneware platter designed by Einar Johansen for the Søholm Stentøj factory, Denmark, circa 1960s. This piece features a stylized vegetal motif painted under the blue glaze, characteristic of post-war Scandinavian modernist design. The elongated shape and the quality of the stoneware give this platter a strong decorative presence, ideal as a centerpiece or for display on a console or shelf.
