This is a large impressive vintage Italian Capodimonte porcelain figural group sculpture of, 'The Card Cheats' by Bonappesti circa 1950-60's.
The expertly sculpted figures of boys cheating while playing cards on a tree stump on a rustic shaped plinth, is painted in muted pastel tones and features the signature of Bonappesti as well as the Capo Di Monte crown mark and number 483 on the bottom.
It is a superb porcelain sculpture ideal as a center piece to your collection.
Measures approx. 17" x 11" x 9" tall
