The surface, manner of decorations, drawing, tone of cobalt, and the appearance of the foot-rim indicate the plate is 20th Century although it has the Kangxi mark. Note, the grayish line along the edge of the dish is a classic indicator of the potter rubbing the foot over a surface like a stone to apply what is hoped to appear as natural wear.
