These handwoven tapestries were designed and hand woven by Myra Reichel starting in the 1990s into the early 2000s. The Law of Three Series - depicts ideas of G. I. Gurdjieff who was a spiritual leader who died in 1950. We had a 100 year memorial of Gurdjieff teaching his movements to Manhattan using music he composed himself a few years ago. Myra Reichel is a student of Gurdjieff's direct student Mr. W. A. Nyland since 1971. We had a 50 year memorial for Mr. Nylan in 2026.
The Law of Three is about Affirming, Denying, and Reconsiling Forces. It is an active law in our lives. It is seen in the idea of the Trinity.
Triangle I is in upper left corner and Triangle II is in upper right corner and Trinity is hung below them. The size listed includes the blank wall in between the pieces showing the suggested placement on one wall - the tapestries can be hung in different combinations and directions.
Additional pictures of the three pieces include the pieces hung solo and together including Trinity hung by itself and 2 ways to hang Triangle II are shown. Trinity is shown below - it Triangle IV on left side and Triangle V on right side woven together into a wide hand woven tapestry. These pieces are hung from boards that have velcro attached to them - you hang the board with the velcro and then attach the velcro on the back of the weaving to the velcro on the board. The pieces can be hung in different directions and in different combinations.
It will take 3 boxes to ship this Tapestry group - they can be rolled up around a board or boards to hang them from which isd the most ecpensive way to ship - for least expensive shipping, they can be folded in placed in boxes with new pieces of velcro to attach to your own boards purchased seperately to mount the tapeestries on the wall.

Each of the 3 tapestries shown (included) is hung in my favorite choice of viewing can be hung in any direction of your choosing because I am a DaDaist and like an element of flexibility so there are velcro strips sewn to all 4 sides of each tapestry and there will be velcro sewn to muslim fabric (included) that can be wrapped around the correct size board and securly stapled to the board and the board attached to the wall wirh 2 nails, screws for tapesries under 5.5" or 3 or 4 if wider then the velcro strips on the back of the tapestries are mounted onto the velcro on the boards (not included) the length will be slightly smaller or equal to either the length or width of the tapestry. the board being approximately a half inch thick allows light and air to circulate around the tapestry. The tapestries can be vacumned with a stoocking placed over the vacumn nozzel or you can contact a professional rug cleaner to hand wash and then dry flat with air currculation getting to both sides of the weaving. less
