Fabulous vintage glass bowl design by Bengt Orup (1916 to 1996 )for Swedish glassmakers Johasfors.
Orup was the leading artist for Johansfors from 1952 until 1973 when the glass factory was sold to Orrefors . Great retro Scandinavian design.
This piece is a beautiful vintage condition measuring 8 inches tall the bowl opening is 6 1/2 inches and a very heavy crystal base measures 2 1/2 inches in diameter and features a donut shaped bubble on the inside.
Signed on base .
