Howell Company of Geneva, Illinois, patented in 1866. The iron has a rocker with a handle on a corrugated base and was used in Victorian times to press ruffles into fabric. The rocker measures 3.75 x 3.75 x 3. The base measures 0.75 x 5.5 x 3.25. The fluter is in good condition with some natural patina, which adds to the fluter's charm. See less
