The blue Chinese robe is embroidered in silk with a dragon, or Jifu robes of this type were worn by members of the imperial court on semi-formal occasions. It has intricate embroidery of dragons, flaming pearls, and other auspicious symbols amidst clouds, typical of this era. The kimono is flat layer and encased in a beveled edge frame with a rose pink background. Overall the art piece is in good condition for its usage. See less
