Beautiful large ceramic bowl with hand painted flowers that decorate the inside and outside of the bowl, signed Carris. This can be used as a fruit bowl or for decorative purposes.
"All the pieces from Carris Pottery are one-of-a-kind items, each thrown and decorated by hand. Their designs are made with free-hand brushwork, inspired by Oriental pottery. They use metallic oxides and sgraffito, a process in which designs are scratched through the surface oxide to the glaze underneath.
Their pieces are in private collections throughout the country"
