Meissen serving platter in white-glazed porcelain with scalloped rim and blue trim.
manufacturer: meissen, germany model: 5 material: porcelain dimensions: h. 5 cm, l. 39 cm, w. 18 cm mark: crossed swords in underglaze blue, impressed numbers and marks period: circa 1924–1934 condition: excellent condition, with minor signs of use quality: 3rd quality a classic serving platter from meissen, characterized by the simple white glaze with blue trim. The scalloped form adds an elegant touch, typical of meissen’s porcelain production of the interwar period.
