Striking vintage wall applique featuring a sculptural bow crest and cascading floral and acanthus leaf motif. Finished in a warm gilt tone with lovely dimensional detail and gentle age-appropriate variation throughout. Lightweight resin construction makes it easy to hang while still offering the look of carved gilt ornamentation. Italian-inspired in design, drawing from Rococo and Baroque revival influences, though likely produced for the decorative home market in the late 20th century.
