It dates back to the Late 19th Century and is rectangular in shape with an elongated oval dough cavity. We curated this piece in France in the late 1980s. The shop owner’s family had the piece for several decades and one of his daughters added the four bulb feet to the piece in the Mid-Century. We have left them on, but they can easily be removed to return the bowl to its original design.
