This American art glass vase was produced by Fenton Art Glass Company in pink opalescent carnival glass, featuring the company’s distinctive feather pattern.
The tall, waisted form is finished with a ruffled rim, while raised vertical feathering provides sculptural depth and rhythmic surface texture. An iridescent carnival finish overlays the pink glass body, with opalescent highlights concentrated along the rim and molded decoration.
The form reflects mid-20th-century Fenton production, when traditional carnival glass techniques were revisited with refined molds and controlled finishes. Designed as a decorative vessel, the piece functions as a display object emphasizing color, pattern, and light interaction.
