The fabric on this chair is a durable gold mustard color in wool with a canvas like weave. I was able to find a Collectors Weekly post on a chair just like this. The owner of the chair said it is a 1958 scoop chair from Sears and he was trying to find out who made it. A later post mentioned the chair was manufactured by Modern Upholstered Chair Company out of Morristown, Tennessee. This chair is extremely comfortable, and I love the button accents. This chair sits rather low so people with mobility issues may struggle to get up out of it. See less
