The fabric on this chair is a durable gold mustard color in wool with a canvas like weave. I was able to find a Collectors Weekly post on a chair just like this. The owner of the chair said it is a 1958 scoop chair from Sears and he was trying to find out who made it. A later post mentioned the chair was manufactured by Modern Upholstered Chair Company out of Morristown, Tennessee. This chair is extremely comfortable, and I love the button accents. This chair sits rather low so people with mobility issues may struggle to get up out of it. See less

Fabric has some indentations as if something heavy was sitting on it which should go away with time and use. Upholstery is in excellent shape with no noticeable stains. Chair is structurally sound. less
