Crafted in the early 19th century, it features a stunning ormolu bronze finish mounted to a two toned marble corinthian base. It has an elaborately cast sun pendulum and the domed glass clock face is adorned with an ornate ornament hanging from the bottom. It has an inset blue and white a jasper ware porcelain medallion. Its from the Louis XVI era and is in great working condition. It is a key wing mechanism, has its key, and measures 22 inches tall by 15 1/4 inches wide. This mantle clock is a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts alike. There are some chips and stressing to the enamel bezel and a couple small missing bronze appliqués on the back of a column as shown in last photo. See less
