This is a family heirloom and has been kept in a pet free home with limited use over the years. Such an incredible design, and a conversation piece for anyone who enters the home. Leave it bare, or purchase an authentic upholstery in your choice of fabric and color. Bertoia bird chairs from this era (1960's) do not have a maker's mark at all.
