This is a stunning vintage, possibly antique, French Louis XV style kidney shaped and brass galleried writing desk, center table, or vanity.
It features a gorgeous brass galleried top, a small center piece that raises and tilts, and sort of “lamp”-shaped pedestals. Possibly bleached wood.
Solid, sturdy, and functional, with minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with age.
