The … Read more This beautifully detailed vintage decorative lamp features an ornate Victorian‑style design with detailed floral motifs and a sculptural column. The body is crafted from molded resin with a hand‑applied finish that mimics carved wood and antique metalwork. The shade frame is non‑ferrous metal with cloth panels that create a soft, atmospheric glow when lit.
The lamp is marked © Cheyenne, a maker known for late‑20th‑century decorative home décor pieces. Electrical components include a polarized plug, inline switch, and a socket labeled for a 40W Type B bulb. Based on construction and safety labeling, the lamp dates to the 1980s–1990s.
The actual color of the shade is OK, but the my pictures make the rest of it hard to see detail, so I have adjusted the color. The picture closest to actual is #4, dark brown. Width only gives me the option for one measurement, but I would like to clarify. Diameter of the shade is 10 inches. Diameter of the body (widest part) is 2.5 inches. Diameter of the base is 5" (measuring from one "foot" to another adjacent to it) or 6.5" (measuring from one "foot" to the one opposite it).
I put various light bulbs in it. You will have to do the same to determine which you lilke best. See less
