While the J39 Mogensen Chair is reminiscent of Mediterranean, Scandinavian and Shaker furniture, its simple expression and use of materials reflect Børge Mogensen’s personal quest for design purity. Given its versatility and appeal to virtually anyone in any environment, the J39 Mogensen Chair has been in continuous production since its introduction in 1947. This version in natural oak with a paper cord seat is the most classic interpretation.
This chair is perfect as a desk chair, as a corner chair in bedrooms, or to add to (or start!) a collection.
