For the Weller or Roseville Pottery collectors, we have found this green and burgundy drip glazed center bowl or jardinere. The bowl is likely from the Arts and Crafts period and attributed to the Weller Etna age between 1905 and 1915.
The colors are blended from an olive green to burgundy and a swag is the featured design.
There is no makers mark, which was common then. Because of the color of the clay and the style, the bowl leans more toward Weller than Roseville.
We think the red and green colors lend themselves beautifully to Holiday decor.. but these collections are perfect to display anytime.
