Here we have a darling Mid Century Obelisk Form Curio or display cabinet. All original, excellent condition. Nothing is broken nor missing. It has a light at the top, a wonderful dust free way to showcase a favorite collection or to use in nearly any room.
I bought this thinking I would paint the wood and wallpaper the back, but unfortunately my To-Do list is far too long. All of the glass is removable for easy painting and there's a single stationary shelf in the cupboard below. There are three glass shelves (with plate grooves) in the upper cabinet all three are 10 inches deep and have no damage. The narrowest top shelf is 15.5 inches wide. The bottom of the glass cabinet is 20.5 inches wide. I don't know who the manufacturer is, but it's super cute and made in America in the 1960's. Huge crown moulding, lovely moorish style quatrefoil cabinet door details and original hardware with a Spanish colonial vibe.
Outside measurements are: 29.5" W x 16.5" D x 72.5" H on the petite side, this adorable obelisk curio cabinet will fit just about anywhere... thanks for looking!!!
