Attributed … Read more Beautiful vintage Murano hand blown orange, controlled bubbles and gold flecks Italian art glass birds on tree branch sculpture. Attributed to designer Alfredo Barbini. The birds are beautifully sculpted with clear wings, and profusely filled with gold leaf throughout. The controlled bubble layer, the "Bullicante" technique, is on top the inner orange and gold layers. The branch they are standing on is made in a natural realistic style, with twisting ribbed design and leafs attached. Would make a great display piece on any desk, dresser or coffee table. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Mid-century era. Measures: 7 1/8” tall x 6 1/4” long x 6” wide.
