A beautiful set of two Gio Ponti "Antibes" Candle Holders, designed in 1956 for Lino Sabbattini. Made in Italy. Silverplate.
An excellent and versatile dining table centerpiece with wonderful mid-century design which can be folded/arranged as desired. Good vintage condition with expected age appropriate wear. Light scratching throughout, especially on the bottom of each cylinder at the connection points.
Each piece signed "Sabattini Italy design Gio Ponti 1956."
Measures approximately 15-18" long x 7" tall x 5" wide. But can be elongated to approximately 26" which narrows the depth.
