From a Boca Raton, Florida Estate. Well maintained in great condition for era with use. Normal and conducive, with minor wear to base, LOOKS as if there were pads or felt placed on the perimeter edge of base bottom, but must have been removed HENCE the yellowish edging, beyond the green felt dots seen all acquired as seen.
