You are viewing a wonderful Hand Fused Glass Bowl, designed by Michael + Frances Higgins c1950s.
This excellent example of their earlier work features an unusual floral like pattern, hand applied within the layers in shades of pink/fuschia, gold and olive green. The bowl itself has a wide petal like shape, with a flipped edge. Retains "Dancing Man" signature on bottom as well as etched signature. Never seen this pattern in 30+ years of business in Chicago (where the artists were based).
The bowl measures 7 1/2" diameter x 2"T.
