This unique listing showcases a vintage late 19th century French carved walnut cased wall clock accompanied by a barometer/thermometer in a matching case. Both solid wood wall cases are adorned with bonnets displaying garlands of roses, a ribbon bow embracing symbols of equality ( torch & staff) & acorn finials. The clock has a white enamel face with Roman numerals, a keywind movement, pendulum & chimes. The barometer/thermometer face bears the name of the manufacturer, "Radiquet & Massiot" of Paris. The mercury thermometer is intact. The door to this case opens to reveal a hidden compartment with two adjustable shelves.
