Made in the USA , chairs are in good vintage condition. One of the chairs has some soiling around the armrest which can be cleaned with a upholstery cleaning (see closeups) and one small spot on the inside arm that appears a shade darker (likely from upholstery glue) see last pic. No smoke odor. See less
