A fine and rare antique silver box from the Carl Weishaupt workshop, Munich circa 1900. The octogonal box is in the Art Nouveau style with a scrolled border in relief set with mother of pearl. The border centers an oval cabochon malachite stone. The base is marked Carl Weishaupt and 800 twice. Condition is very good.
