This vintage charming French brass & glass carriage clock dates from the 19th century. It features beveled glass panels between classic column corners. Behind the front glass panel is a wide ring of gleaming white enamel decorated with black Arabic numerals set within a gold front. Glass side panels reveal the clock's working mechanism. Opening the back door of the clock allows the key to be inserted for winding. The top of the timepiece has a sturdy handle & a glass panel that displays the working time mechanism. The physical condition is very good save a small chip within the glass. The clocks runs but requires a cleaning/service to keep time.
