This is an Outstanding and Quite Rare Antique Continental Coin Silver Champagne Coaster. Circa Mid 19th Century. Its Measurements Indicate that it is Made to Accommodate a Magnum Size Bottle. The Coaster Measures Overall Approx 6 inches Wide - Long and the Inner Well Measures 4 1/2 inches. It is Signed G. KOCH ( Gottfried Koch ) and was Produced by Germany's Premier and Renowned Silver Maker Koch & Bergfeld. The High Relief Repousse Border is Done in a Intricate Repetitive Arum
Flower Design that has Amazing Detail. It has a Solid 800 Grade ( 80% Pure ) Silver Content. Note that it has an Easily Removable Center Medallion for Polishing Purposes. It is in Very Nice All Original Condition with Light Age and Use Related Wear. Displays Beautifully!. It is Lightly Tarnished. It has a Silver Weight of Condition - Displays Beautifully.
