Sublime lounge chair from Danish midcentury era very similar to the iconic model "Pragh" designed by Ib Madsen and Acton … Read more Sublime lounge chair from Danish midcentury era very similar to the iconic model "Pragh" designed by Ib Madsen and Acton Schubell in the early 1950s for their own company Madsen and Schubell Madsen located just north of Copenhagen. A very sculptural and almost sensuous design. The scale is quite generous and it is solid and sturdy and very comfortable. The armrests and legs are are made from solid teak that have attained a patina over the years. It was reupholstered in wool fabric at a later point and while still in usable condition we recommend having it reupholstered. Overall very good condition. See less
