Wonderful wood turned vessel by Vermont wood artist Robert Chatelaine stands about 7.5" tall with a diameter of about 4 1/2". Fashioned from black cherry burl wood, enhanced with raspberry red and gold resin epoxy, the burl wood is beautifully figured, and the colored epoxy adds another dimension. An exquisite creation by a self taught artist, the bowl is marked on the base "Black Cherry", 5-23-01. Signed by the artist.
