It’s a 18 inch tall cloisonné monkey vase in excellent condition. It’s hard to see, but there are cloisonnes vertically across the horizontal, brown stripes, and on some, but maybe not all, of the monkey faces.

This vase did not come with a stand, but this wonderful vase needs a stand. The stand it’s on now fits it like it was made for it! The stand will be included.

When I acquired this, there were a few other ones like it for sale and there were one or two of its matching pair which is light green color with elephants. I really wanted to get the elephant one so I could have a matching pair, and I thought when I was ready, I would do that because there were a few options of each style. However, now I can’t find any others of either style.

3. Do a search for the item by name on Chairish and another similar site.

Since I am being fair with my pricing I want you to know these steps. It will only help me by validating my pricing choices, and I hope it will help you to recognize items that are overpriced.
