This antique double handle vase is … Read more An early 20th century petite Art Nouveau vase from Galluba & Hofmann of Germany. This antique double handle vase is labeled Marmorzellan, which indicates a marble porcelain finish. The smooth, satin-like white surface was expertly hand-painted with geometric decor in pastel blue, pink, purple, and green with fine gilt accents. The base of the vase is marked twice in green with a G / H [inside a shield] over MARMORZELLAN. This mark was used from 1905 to the company's closure in 1937. The vase is 5 in. height, the perfect size for a bookshelf, vanity, or nightstand, and in very good, undamaged condition. See less
