The piece features a rich sculptural composition, with a classically inspired female figure on one side, high-relief ornamentation with mythological and architectural scenes, and meticulous details that exalt the neoclassical aesthetic. The gilding retains an intense and uniform presence, characteristic of the original mercury-gilding technique. The enameled dial with Roman numerals is framed by chiseled decoration and garlands, crowned by a sculptural group of a lion and allegorical figures. This is a masterpiece of French watchmaking, both for its technical quality and for its great ornamental and collector's value, a representative example of the luxury watches of the Napoleonic era. 55 cm high, 40 cm wide, and 14 cm deep.
