Strehla Vase 1224/24, East Germany, 1960s/1970s
This original ceramic vase from Strehla Keramik (East Germany), model 1224/24, is characteristic of the aesthetic of the 1960s and 1970s. It features a vibrant yellow fat lava glaze, fading into white and brown tones at the top, and a textured volcanic glaze at the base. The minimalist, rectangular form perfectly complements the vibrant finish typical of Strehla production from this period.
