Offering for sale this stunning vintage European luminaire with the following fine features:
- Made of gilded brass and cut-glass crystal in the style of French Louis XVI, but can also fit nicely into a Hollywood Regency or Baroque environment
- Measures 28" height with a 20" wide top and base
- Substantial and significant, weighing approximately 44 pounds
- Elaborate figural laurel leaf wreath serpentine sculpted body
- The internal body consists of two tiers, each tier holding 3 wax drip candle covered lights
- Both top and base have six figural gilded brass laurel leaf wreaths encasing six 18" cut glass crystal columns
- In outstanding condition, with no significant or noteworthy imperfections
- Must be hardwired in
- Comes with matching gilded brass and ornate ceiling fixture canopy (escutcheon)
- Compares favorably to an identical luminaire selling online for $5500 plus shipping
