The design employs the Cordonato D’Oro technique—an intricate process in which 24-karat gold leaf is suspended in glass to create a rope-like motif that traces each rib of the column form. The lamp’s body is blown in clear Murano glass with prominent vertical ribbing in the column accentuated by the shimmering gold threads. The columnar shape is classical yet fluid with gold detailing. The lamps are mounted on brass bases. The lamps are in remarkably good condition with no visible damages. The lamps are newly wired. The lamps are 35" high and 27" to the bottom of the harp. See less
