Beautiful, and rare, vintage Murano hand blown orange "A Mace" Italian art glass decorative bowl with iridescent / mirror surface. The piece is documented to designer Dino Martens for the Aureliano Toso workshop. It is a published design in several books and pictured in the book "Dino Martens" by Marc Heiremans (see book photo, but in a different color). The bowl has a swirling spots of rich orange-red color. The photos on black background is to show better the iridescence. It is being sold As Is, offers considered. Please see the photos of the scratches around the surface. It also has white inclusions on 1 side of the bowl. Would make a great display piece on any coffee table, dresser or credenza. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Mid-century era. Measures 7 1/8” across the top x 2 1/4” high.
