The colors are striking and alluring. The item rests on the cusp of being designated an antique. Its condition is very, very good, especially considering that it almost 100 years old. Its inspiration is clearly Eqyptian, Its decoration likely originated in the Art Deco crazed 1920s United States under the Morimura Brothers. And its production and hand painting occurred in Japan. The Item bears the 1920s Noritake Morimura mark in red on a white ground. The River Scene presented in intoxicating and exotic. It measures 11/5" x 5.25" x 1.0".
