Lovely Rare 1960s Italian Giovanni DeSimone Pottery Plate featuring a Folk Art Tulip, in a style similar to Picasso, with a rare dark blue rim. DeSimone pottery is well known, and the 1960s pieces are highly collectible! This is a rare and highly sought after style.
There is the beginnings of a small hairline, shown in the fourth image. Not a crack, but wanted to point it out.
