moreMid-century elegance. Fine German bone china decorated with delicate sprays of soft pink flowers with leaves and graceful stems in a soft gray/green and trimmed with gold. Each of the twelve piece place settings comes with a dinner plate, salad plate, soup bowl, dessert/salad plate, berry bowl and cup and saucer.
The understated elegance of the lovely subtle decoration juxtaposed with extravagant number of pieces per setting and the rich gold highlights creates the feeling of opulence without ostentation, that is part of the mid century sensibility.
As noted on the back, this set was made by H. Royal Selb Company of Germany and made exclusively, for the J L. Hudson department stores. This set dates from between 1950-1960. Given as a gift years ago, it was stored, treasured and reportedly never used. It is in excellent vintage condition.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.

- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
