It was made in England in the late 1800s.
It's one of my favorites because the colors are gorgeous – a light yellow cased glass exterior with pink interior and applied green leaves and stems with pink and blue applied flowers.
Matsu-No-Ke is a special type of three-dimensional hand-applied glass decoration. Stevens & Williams, an English glassworks, used the technique in 1884. Semi-molten glass was shaped into branches, then applied to a glass vase. Because they were still hot, the glass branches became part of the glass of the vase. Daisylike flowers, sometimes in a different color, were added. Special tools were used to press a pattern into the center of the flowers. The finished trim is clear glass and looks like it could be carved ice.

The second photo shows it photographed with a UV light. It glows because of the uranium content in the glass. Uranium glass is glass that has uranium added during the melting process to give it color, and it glows brightly under ultraviolet (UV) light. It is often yellow-green (also called Vaseline glass or canary glass) but can also appear in other colors, such as opaque or custard-like shades depending on additional colorants and uranium percentage. While intact pieces are generally considered safe, caution is advised for damaged items, which should not be used to hold food or drink.

Measures approximately 7 inches in diameter and 6 1/2 inches tall.
There are two small flaws. On 1 foot, it looks like a chip, although it is smooth to the touch. On the stem there is a matte area that may be a chip. I have photographed close-ups of each for your evaluation. See less
