Offering a unique rare pair of Ralph Lauren glass table lamps filled with pink murex seashells, circa Late 20th Century. These gorgeous lamps came directly our of a luxury Naples Florida estate and we we told the owner had the lamps custome made with local seashells of the area. They are in almost pristine condition with minor defects. Each lamp consist of a clear glass cylinder with brass detailing on the hardware and base. Both signed with the vintage metal "Ralph Lauren" tag.
NOTE: The brass bases and vase caps are "brushed satin" brass and not a shiny polished brass.
Each lamp is loaded with approximately 25 seashells all securely attached to the center post which will keep them in place during transit.
VERY GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION.
Both lamp bases show areas of tarnishing and one base has a DENT near the front as shown in the last photo. They have been restored with new brass sockets, new brass harps and new clear electrical cords. We had small conch shell finials custom made to match the internal pink murex shells.
PLEASE NOTE: These lamps are vintage and the brushed brass show signs of wear commensurate with age.
