American in Origin.. Circa Very Early 20th Century. It could be a Trinket Tray or even Possibly a Gentleman's Cigar Ash Tray ?. Note! also that it has 2 Holes in the Design allowing it to Also Be Mounted on a Wall for Display - Wall Decor. It has Bold Multi Dimensional Sculpted Features that make it Really Stand Out. It has Wonderful Detail in the Casting and in the Hand Painted Features. There is a N.B. & I.W. 3141 in the Casting on the Underside - Back.
It is in Very Good Overall Condition. There is some Very Light Surface Paint Wear on the Neck and a Few Small Paint Chips. It Displays Nicely.
It Measures 7 1/2 inches Tall x 7 1/2 inches Long x 2 inches Wide - Deep.
